Every time I see a photo of Katelyn or in person – she always looks so stylish! I was really excited to see what wedding dress she’d choose – and I wasn’t disappointed! Katelyn looked elegant in her ivory Anne Barge wedding dress with tiny little buttons and beautiful “tails”. I loved the delicate little straps, and how feminine it looked. The most special part of Katelyn’s look was her veil. Not only was the veil part of her mom’s veil (from 30+ years ago!) but all the lace sewn to the edges was cut from her mom’s wedding dress! I LOVED that Katelyn included part of her mom, and turned that veil into an heirloom piece!!!!

We had a BEAUITFUL evening for Katelyn’s Bridal Session. After rescheduling at the very last minute due to rain the day before, all the vendors were amazing and flexible to switch dates – and we had a mild, overcast day. Walnut Hill was in full bloom, and there were so many pretty spots to shoot!

Katelyn’s mom Jill was a huge help during the shoot, helping to lay the “tails” just so, helping to carry the dress so we could keep it in good condition, and it was so sweet to see Jill get emotional over her beautiful daughter in a wedding gown.

My own mom came to assist me with the shoot, and she was a huge help to carry things around, fan us all from the sweat and gnats, and keep me company on the drive! It’s definitely a family affair over here at Tiffany L Johnson Photography! 🙂

Katelyn was a RADIANT bride!!!! She was so full of happiness and laughter!!! My job was a breeze just with how STUNNING, and joyful she was! We all had the best afternoon together, and after all the stressful rescheduling, it was just what we needed!!!!
