Rebecca + Wade = Wedding Day!

Wrightsville Manor  |  Wedding Day   |   Rebecca + Wade   |  May 18, 2019

After being together for almost SIX YEARS, Becca + Wade tied the knot on Saturday!!! They had the most gorgeous day for their wedding – the sun was shining, the grounds at Wrightsville Manor looked beautiful, and it felt like summertime!

Wade and Becca booked us TWO YEARS in advance, so we were also super anticipating their day as well! If you missed seeing Becca’s Bridal Session, you can click HERE, and if you missed seeing their Engagement Session with their sweet pup, Marley, you can click HERE!

When we arrived, all the girls were enjoying the bridal suite getting their hair & makeup done, drinking champagne, and jamming to music in their terry robes! I had the MOST fun with Becca’s beautiful details she’d chosen – her ring box, Chanel perfume, fluffy flowers, and even a wax seal with her invitation suite! It was all so pretty to start our day photographing!

The guys were hanging out getting ready at a beach house, and Phillip enjoyed meeting everyone – and said how truly NICE and cooperative all the guys were!

One of my favorite parts of their entire day was Wade and Becca’s “First Touch”, when they held hands around a door. Wade got down on one knee, and prayed over their marriage with tears choking him up as he prayed. I was in tears just watching them, it was one of the most SPECIAL moments I’ve ever witnessed at a wedding.

Their ceremony was outdoors under the most magical live oak tree, with Spanish moss dancing in the breeze. Rebecca and Wade said their own vows, with tears in their eyes as they held each other’s hands. Rebecca’s dad and brother sang and played guitar during the ceremony too! It was precious!

We had a lot of fun exploring the beauty of Wrightsville Manor for all the after-ceremony portraits, and got SO MANY stunning photos!!! It was a photographer’s dream!!!

The reception kicked off with a bang – TONS of delicious food, drinks, cake, an entire dessert table (made by Rebecca’s mom, Colleen!), sweet speeches, and LOTS of dancing!!! It was such a fun reception for everyone. At the end of the evening, the newlyweds ran through a tunnel of sparklers and Wade’s grandma revved the engine of the 1955 Chevy Bel Air, and sped off! It was such a perfect way to end their GORGEOUS day!!!

I had the hardest time narrowing down their photos… so I hope you’ll enjoy their Sneak Peek below!!!! Congratulations you two!!!!
