Kaitlyn & Grayson = Rose Hill Wedding Day!

After being long distance for such a big part of their relationship with Grayson in the Air Force – these two are finally married and can start their lives together! Both Grayson and Kaitlyn love to have a good time – and that was evident from the moment their bridal party arrived at Rose Hill! 🙂

In typical North Carolina summertime fashion, a big thunderstorm came out of NOWHERE and started raining, lightening, and thundering as they were arriving at the venue. It was amazing how they kept in good spirits even when their dream of having an outdoor ceremony had to be changed to “Plan B” (which, I may add was GORGEOUS!) They stayed positive and continued to have fun with their friends and family while getting ready! 🙂

I had been looking forward to their wedding day because their Engagement Session was one of my favorites – the outfits, the location, the lighting, and how cute they are together was just perfection! One of my favorite parts of the day, was when Kaitlyn was walking down the aisle. I was standing near Grayson, and got front-row views of his jaw literally dropping as he saw her walking towards him, and he slowly said “WOOOOOW”.  It was the cutest thing ever!!!! I felt honored to witness that sweet moment.

Thankfully, the rain tapered off right in time to photograph the Bridal Party & Bride/Groom portraits outside! The bridesmaids were great sports in the wet grass in their heels, and I loved how the cute little white ducks made appearances in a lot of the photos!!!

The reception kicked off with a BANG – guests were dancing BEFORE the open dancing even started!!! That’s when we KNEW it would be a PARTY!!!! I don’t think people left the dance floor until the very end – everyone had a fun night dancing, eating, drinking, and having yummy cake!

Kaitlyn & Grayson ended their beautiful day by walking through a tunnel of sparkers! It was such a fun way to end their beautiful wedding day.
