Courtney & Mike = Garden Engagement Session!

When we met with Mike & Courtney for our initial meeting back in January, they had originally wanted to get Engagement Session photos done right away! But then after seeing how pretty the gardens could be in the spring, they decided to wait! And boy, was it worth it!!! The gardens were in bloom with so many pretty colors and textures for their Engagement Session!! 🙂

We had so much fun walking around the gardens with these two, exploring the gardens – talking about everything from sports, makeup, shoes, pedicures, their wedding, and even reality tv! It was such a beautiful 73º day, with pops of sunshine in-between the clouds for all that exploring! Fun fact – this session took place on the day of the solar eclipse, so we scooted the session up to avoid the darker cloudy evening, and it turned out perfect!

Courtney and Mike did such a great job posing (even after saying that photos weren’t really their thing!) & were so laid back! Posing in a public place around other people can always be a little hard, but they both embraced it & were patient to allow walkers (and all the pups!) to pass by between poses. Honestly, what a dream couple they are!!! This gets us even MORE excited for their wedding day in October!
