Ashley & Landon = May Lew Farm Wedding Day!

Our first September wedding – and the day was beautiful for Landon and Ashley. Temperatures were mild, sunshine peeked out for most of the day, and May Lew Farm was looking so pretty. Ashley & Landon have been together since they were in HIGH SCHOOL, so Saturday  was definitely long awaited!!

The girls enjoyed getting glammed up in the main house – drinking mimosas and hanging out in their robes. Ashley greeted me with a big hug when we arrived – and she was glowing! Ashley had planned so many pretty little details for me to photograph, and I had such a fun morning styling all of them. Her bridesmaids were not only STUNNING, but they were so fun all day. Literally the biggest HYPE SQUAD ever throughout the day chanting “THE TOLERS” and making Ashley laugh. Loved it!!! (Side note – Ashley’s sister Amber was INCREDIBLE all day. She was my right hand girl helping me with everything and was the best MOH!!!) 🙂

Ashley chose to have a First Look with both her bridesmaids & her dad, which I think is always so special! Landon and Ashley also exchanged letters & gifts which was sweet & a few tears were shed! Then it was time for Landon & Ashley’s First Look! Photos are super important to Ashley, so she wanted lots of time for bride & groom portraits throughout the day which was AWESOME!

The ceremony was soooo precious because even though they’d had a First Look, Landon was just blown away seeing Ashley come down the aisle & started tearing up. It was sooooo sweet and unexpected!! 🙂

We had time after the ceremony to take more Bride & Groom photos in a cute little field we found, and those are some of my FAVORITE photos we took all day! Can you tell that Ashley has danced her whole life with that cute pose of Landon picking her up? Loveeee!!!

The reception kicked off with a bang – food, drinks, cake, dancing, and even surprise FIREWORKS!!!!! Even we didn’t know about the fireworks until right before. It was so exciting!!! The barn looked absolutely beautiful with tons of flowers, a black/white dance floor, beautiful signage, and even a display of photos of Landon & Ashley through the years.

Ashley and Landon left their wedding through a tunnel of sparklers AND more fireworks!!! His groomsmen had decorated his truck, and they left into the night! It was the perfect way to end such a beautiful day.
