Bridal Session | Samantha | September 15th, 2020
I’m not even kidding when I tell ya’ll that I could photograph Samantha EVERY DAY and be happy!! This girl is SO much fun – with her big smiles, silly outtakes, laid-back nature, and up for anything attitude. Phillip and I had the absolute BEST time photographing Samantha, and we even went 15 minutes OVER time because we were having such a good time!!!!
(Side note – if you want to see even MORE smiles and laughter – check out Samantha and Ty’s beach Engagement Session we photographed in May… click HERE!)
Samantha looked SO gorgeous! She’d texted me sneak peeks throughout the planning process of her dress and shoes, but seeing everything come together ON her was just stunning. I loved how simple and classic her wedding dress choice was – and pairing it with a lace-edged veil was just sooooo pretty! Samantha’s ONE request for the session was to have her veil catch in the wind – so she got the most epic shot!!!
I loved the fun earrings she chose, to pair with her heirloom family pieces of jewelry. Her dainty gold & diamond bracelet was passed down from her Grandma Samantha (who she’s named after!) and the gorgeous ring on her right hand (I called it a “tiara ring!”) was her other Grandma’s. What special pieces to wear!!! I loved it.
Samantha’s Bridal Session ended up being extra special because her wedding reception was originally going to be held at this venue! Because of COVID, that didn’t happen… so we loved still using the historic space for her session instead.
We loved having her mom, Susan, there to help – along with the precious ladies from Stonewall’s Board to give us ideas, and a tour of the venue! So much fun!
I hope you’ll LOVE seeing a bunch of my favorite photos from Samantha’s Bridal Session below! Enjoy!!!!
