Parker & Daniel = Romantic Summertime Engagement Session!

After a reschedule because of bad weather way back in May, it was FINALLY Parker & Daniel’s turn to have their Engagement Session photographed!! We had a clear late July day, but wow, it was HOT outside. Honestly, my hottest session of the YEAR so far. But Parker & Daniel were both such good sports in the heat + humidity (luckily Daniel doesn’t even sweat, so that’s goals for real HAHA) and we had pops of clouds + sunshine and sometimes blessed with a tiny breeze too! :)

Parker’s hair and makeup looked BEAUTIFUL (professionally done by Abby from Waves in Wilson!) and it lasted the whole (hottt) session so perfectly! I was really impressed and loved the style + makeup. (Note to all future summertime session brides – an updo is the way to go!!) They both KILLED the outfits – going for a classic look, yet was also so fun + unique with all the detailing! Parker joked that she was keeping their home decor in mind with their outfits, so the future photos hanging on the walls will match – haha! It’s SO TRUE though! 

We had such a fun time with these two chasing light, exploring around the park & finding pretty spots together! (We even saw a family of deer there!) It was such a compliment when Daniel & Parker BOTH said they had fun afterwards – that’s a huge win in my book! It was such an honor photographing these two (finally!) and we can’t wait to celebrate them in November!!
