Morgan Barber = Walnut Hill Bridal Session!

Last year we had such a fun time photographing Morgan & Harry’s Engagement Session – so I couldn’t wait to photograph Morgan again for her Bridal Session! At the end of their Engagement Session, Morgan had even shown me photos of her dress, and I was OBSESSED, so I knew what to look forward to!!!

Morgan showed up to Walnut Hill looking so beautiful! She did her own makeup again, which is amazing! Morgan is so talented, and she loves doing it. Morgan’s sister Hillary, and her mom, Sylvia, both joined for the Bridal Session – and it was so fun meeting her sister and having their help! The dynamic between the sisters reminded me of my relationship with my sisters and it made me smile hearing them tease each other about everything from amazon packages to organization, haha! Phillip was laughing so hard talking to Hillary about “older sister stuff”! 🙂

Hillary also gets credit for finding Morgan’s dress! She actually saw the dress on instagram, and told Morgan “that’s your dress!” When they arrived at Simply Blush, Morgan tried on that exact dress first, and knew it truly was THE ONE! How cool is that?! Maybe older sisters really do know best, haha! 🙂 That wedding dress is the perfect mix of classic, yet shows so much personality and uniqueness with the surprise back! I really love all the tiny buttons going down the back too.

We had a beautifully sunny day for Morgan’s Bridal Session! It was still a very windy day though, with 22mph wind gusts! So Morgan was really patient throughout our session with not only being cold and blown around… but also waiting between gusts for us to fix things and photograph! It was a team effort!! 🙂

Morgan is not only so photogenic and easy to photograph – but she’s also so trusting and laid-back when it comes to photography. She’s truly a DREAM bride with how much she trusts the process and embraces it!
