The Farm Entertainment Venue | Selma, NC | March 12, 2016
This wedding can simply be described as “sweet”. There were more happy tears at this wedding than any other we’ve photographed. I loved seeing Dylan and Micaela choke up as they saw each other for the first time, and tears were unabashedly streaming down their faces. Honestly, it was so genuine and special.
We had the most PERFECT day to have a March wedding. The sun peeked out, and it was warm. We went stomping through the tall grass to get Bridal Party shots, and the girls even had to jump over a little ditch – they did so in great spirits! Phillip had fun with the guys – they were ALL firefighters, so posing with the Firetuck was unique and awesome.
Breakfast food was served at the reception – and it was a true southern spread! Guests were served cake, and then danced all night long. Micaela changed from her heels to cowgirl boots, and she graciously talked to all the guests before dancing! It was so cool to see couples of ALL ages hitting the dance floor, and having a blast doing it!
Dylan and Micaela left through a tunnel of sparklers, and their getaway vehicle was the FIRETRUCK! Dylan drove it into the night, sirens blasting, and lights blazing! We LOVED it!!!
Micaela and Dylan, we hope you guys are having so much fun at Disney! We hope all of you enjoy this little Sneak Peek into their wedding day!
