Mims House | Bridal Session | Kimberly Ellis | April 27, 2022
It’s been almost TWO YEARS between this Bridal Session and Kimberly & Alex’s Engagement Session we photographed June 2020 at the beach. (If you missed seeing that happy session – click HERE to see it!) Thanks to Covid, their engagement has been stretched a whole extra year, so we were pumped to FINALLY celebrate Kimberly and photograph her Bridal Session!!! 🙂
Kimberly chose the beautiful Mims House as her session backdrop, which was perfect since it’s literally 5 minutes from her house! She spent the morning getting glammed and picking up her beautiful bouquet, and her sister Natalie got off work to come straight to the session to help out!
Kimberly looked absolutely gorgeous in her dress! I was impressed that after buying it TWO YEARS ago, the original alterations still fit her perfectly and the style is so classic that it didn’t go out of style. Kimberly wore dainty earrings borrowed from her mom, and they are her “something blue” with a little pop of blue on them.
We had a wonderfully sunny afternoon with ideal temperatures (as the 3 little bears say, “Not too hot, not too cold) and Kimberly posed so beautifully! I had the best time catching up with her on 2 years worth of updates and exploring around the Mims House together! 🙂
I have so many favorites from her gorgeous session, so I hope you also ENJOY looking through Kimberly’s portraits below!
