Jessica + Evan = Rose Hill Plantation Wedding Day!

Jessica and Evan are now MARRIED!!! Their beautiful Rose Hill Plantation wedding day was full of laughter, dancing, good food, great drinks, a little bit of rain, and lots of love!

When we arrived, Jade (Jade Marion Hair) and Ashley (Beauty by Ashley Prins) were already rocking out all the hairstyles and makeup, and even finished EARLY to help keep things on schedule! All the bridesmaids were having fun upstairs in the bridal suites hanging out, relaxing, and getting glammed up!

Jessica looked gorgeous, I really loved her dress with all the detailing, and I was SO pumped about her long veil! We hadn’t done Bridal Portraits together, so I was just as surprised with everyone else getting to see her bridal attire for the first time!

Jessica and Evan’s ceremony was set to take place outside, but as all the guests were being seated, dark storm clouds rolled in, and little raindrops started to fall! Janna, Chad, and Christine (Chad Biggs Event Planning) made the executive decision to move the ceremony UP earlier, and thanks to that crucial decision AND a short & sweet ceremony, we were able to have the ceremony outside right before a band of rain came through!!

We switched gears and had family portraits under the porches while waiting for the rain to pass, and thankfully we had about 15 minutes of NO RAIN to finish the bridal party and bride/groom portraits outside!!! Even though it had gotten really dark outside, we were SO HAPPY to take outdoor portraits, and then start the reception early!!!

The reception kicked off with a bang! They had several food stations (HELLO to Rose Hill’s iconic mac-n-chz and sliders with patties the size of my FIST!), a dessert table with cake AND cupcakes, and an open bar to treat all of their guests all night!
