Emily Pope = Walnut Hill Bridal Session!

What a BEAUTIFUL day we had for Emily’s Bridal Session! We were so thankful for a sunny, 70º October day (albeit a littleeee windy for our liking) and the pop of sunshine was so happy! :)

I was so excited to photograph Emily, since her style is so classic and chic! She looked SO STUNNING in her strapless gown, with delicate floral designs on it. I especially loved her long veil that also had floral details on the edges! Her dress had little tiny buttons all the way down the entire back, and it was so stunning! Emily kept her hair also classic with an updo that not only looked so chic on her, but also was the perfect choice for a windy day! Her eye makeup (thanks Alys!) was really popping & I loved the tones!

Also, English Garden Florist did an INCREDIBLE job on Emily’s bouquet! I couldn’t get over all those textures & of course my favorite colors – black and white! It was such a STUNNING bouquet!!!

We had the best time walking around Walnut Hill, chasing sunlight, listening to country music, and finding pretty little spots to shoot. Emily was such a good sport being patient in the wind & trusting us with that! We also loved meeting her sweet mom, Maura, and having her along for all the fun.

Emily is so generous that as we left, she sent me home with HER bouquet! I couldn’t even believe it!!! She told me to put it on my desk to enjoy as I’m editing this week. I was just blown away by her generosity with giving it away to ME! Wow, my whole week was made!!! I’m so thankful!!!
