Emily & Knox = Magical Field Engagement Session!

Emily told me from day one that her vision for their Engagement Session would be a romantic & playful session in a field with lots of SUNLIGHT!!! Thankfully, God delivered JUST THAT for us! After a very cloudy day in Wilson, I was sad thinking that Emily wouldn’t have the sunshine she’d been dreaming of for her session. Even our drive to Raleigh was a mix of clouds and pops of sunshine. THEN… when the session started we had nothing but beautiful SUNSHINE! So so thankful, because Knox & Emily’s Engagement Session turned out absolutely MAGICAL!!!! I AM LOVING THIS SESSION.

Emily and Knox absolutely KILLED the outfits. When Emily pulled that neutral-colored dress out of the car and I saw all the intricate details of the appliqués and the texture – I was immediately OBSESSED and couldn’t WAIT to have her in front of my camera. The second we started our session, they BOTH started improvising and honestly Knox & Emily could have posed themselves for the whole session and it would have been fine! I felt like I was photographing a styled shoot because of how comfortable they looked in front of our cameras!!!!! Wow!!! 🙂

I don’t think our session could have been any more perfect – (Bonus: Phillip got to talk lots of golf with Knox) a beautiful couple, a magical little weedy field, sunshine, no crowds, and an easy flow for a FUN evening! (Well, if i’m being extra picky – a few less gnats, bug bites, and less-itchy legs would have made it really perfect, HAHA!) 🙂
