Fox Hollow Farms, Washington NC | Bridal Session | Courtney Speight | March 20th, 2018
Well, the first day of SPRING was forecasting a 100% chance of SNOW during Courtney’s Bridal Session. We didn’t have the luxury of rescheduling the day, so Courtney and I were PRAYING the weather would clear and allow us to shoot some outdoor portraits.
Yall, we serve an awesome God who cares about small little things like our WEATHER PREFERNCE, because even after my forecast was saying RAIN/SNOW just hours prior, we didn’t have a DROP of rain or snow for Courtney’s entire session!!!!
It was overcast, cold and windy, but Courtney was a TROOPER taking “warm up breaks” to stop her shivering. We were all just SO happy it wasn’t snowing!!!
Courtney looked stunning in her form-fitting dress. The beautiful front gave way to a surprise low-scooped back with little buttons. She wore her mom’s wedding earrings as her “something borrowed” and shoes with her new monogram in blue as her “something blue!”
Courtney’s sister Jenna (a former Tiffany L. Johnson bride!!!) her 1-year old niece, Raylynn, and her mom Terry all came to help. It was REALLY special shooting a session with THREE generations… how amazing is that?!
I loved shooting Courtney- not only is she beautiful but Courtney’s so easy-going when it comes to photography that she was up for ANYTHING! Loved it!!!! We hope you’ll love seeing a few of our favorite images from our session together!
