Courtney & Bradney = Farm Wedding Day!

How special to get married on your own family property? Courtney and her family worked so hard to transform their property into her dream wedding venue and it turned out beautiful!!! Sooooo much planning and effort goes into a wedding at your own property – so huge props to everyone who made it happen! (Including Engaging Events by Wendy who implemented all their ideas on the day of!) 🙂

The girls were jamming to music and having fun getting glammed up by Megan Fann’s team & eating snacks and sandwiches! I especially loved how one flower girl, Rachel, had specific glam she requested (lots of pink!) and was so excited about how it turned out! Megan always does a beautiful job & her hairstyles always last until the END of the night which is so impressive!! Phillip had the best time hanging out with Bradney & his guys next door, eating Zaxby’s, hearing them talk about Rodeo life, and learning a lot about what they all do!!! Phillip had all the compliments about Bradney all day!!!

Courtney & Bradney were so thoughtful towards their family members, with writing letters, giving custom handmade thoughtful gifts, and being very intentional with thanking all of them for the impact family has had in their lives. Courtney did First Looks with her bridesmaids, grandfather, grandmothers, stepdad Andy, and her brothers!! Bradney had a sweet First Look with his mom, grandma, sister, and 5-week old niece! It was soooo sweet (his grandma’s tears were just precious) My favorite one was a First Touch between Bradney and Courtney – when she gifted him a special pin with his grandfather’s photo on one charm, and his dog on the other charm. He immediately teared up and wasn’t expecting such a thoughtful gift to remember those two who were so special to him.

Then, when Courtney walked down the aisle to Bradney, his reaction was PRICELESS. He was just absolutely precious with his tears seeing her come towards him. I loved that sooooo much!! The ceremony was unique because their officiant told their whole love story from BOTH of their perspectives. It was funny, sweet, and really special to hear it from both of their points of view from the start! THEN…. when it was time for the exchanging of the rings, the officiant told Bradney, “Put the ring on her left hand”, and Bradney said “Which ring?” and surprised Courtney with TWO wedding bands!!! She had NO idea he’d bought her a second band (one she’d hoped to get for their anniversary someday) and she gasped and SMILED SO BIG!!!! It was soooo cute!

After the ceremony, we took photos under the beautiful arbor Bradney built, and then we found beautiful light out in the field for more photos! I LOVE how their Bride & Groom photos turned out – everything just came together and it was magical!!!!

The reception kicked off with a bang! They had several First Dances, delicious food from Parker’s BBQ, cake and cupcakes, an open bar with 3 signature drinks, speeches, a photo booth, and lots of dancing! My favorite part of the evening was after the sparkler exit they had FIREWORKS set off above the pond, and it was just INCREDIBLE!!! It was such an epic way to celebrate, and I just LOVE how those firework photos look!!! Soooooo amazing!!! What a perfect way to end a beautiful day.
