Baker & Robert = Downtown Raleigh Engagement Session!

What a FUN evening this was! We had an incredible time walking around downtown with Robert & Baker – exploring new spots, talking about Real Housewives, and all the Wilson connections we have! 🙂

We got super blessed with a sunny, 75º November day! How does this even happen?! It was seriously perfect. If I could have that exact weather for all our shoots I’d be beyond happy!!!

Baker & Robert showed up looking so stylish and I was pumped from the start! Baker’s blue & white dress was so unique, southern, and I loved the bow at the waist. Speaking of bows – check out her blue heels (that ROBERT bought her! Brownie points!!!) in her second outfit that she wore! They had the cutest bows on the back with little rhinestones! So pretty that these blue heels just might be my favorite engagement session shoes EVER!!!!! I also loved that Robert wore blue socks with soccer balls on them – a nod to his college soccer career! I love when couples choose such personal and intentional details to include for their sessions.  🙂

Also… have ya’ll SEEN such a gorgeous engagement ring?! All of Baker’s jewelry was from the same downtown Raleigh jewelry store, and I loved every single piece she wore (especially the fun layered necklaces!) Props to Robert – because he designed the ring & picked the stones himself! SO IMPRESSED. It’s a showstopper!!! Wow. (A sweet little addition to him picking out the ring – Robert had also invited his dad & Baker’s dad to join him at the jewelry store! I just think that’s the coolest thing ever & so thoughtful of him to have both men involved!)

These two were so laid back and up for all of our ideas – it was seriously a DREAM!!! They made my job so easy! Because they were so chill, we had time to explore around new spots and get so many fun backdrops for their photos.
