Ashley & Daniel = Maternity Session

These sweet friends have allowed us to photograph so many sessions for them. We’ve photographed other Maternity Sessions, Family Sessions, Newborn, and 1-Year Old sessions for them. It’s been so fun to see their family grow each year.

We were blessed with a 65+ degree day only THREE DAYS before Christmas for this Maternity Session! I couldn’t believe how warm it was, I fully expected to be freezing or in snow when Ashley first booked the session months ago.

Poor little Malachi got sick the day of our session, and even though he wasn’t feeling great, we snuck a few smiles from him and he looked cute regardless! His little brother Noah is a bundle of giggles and he loved running around and exploring. Both boys are so sweet and well behaved, they’ve both gotten so big since our last session.

Phillip was a huge help “playing bubbles” with the boys while I snuck their parents away for some photos alone. I was able to get some really beautiful portraits of them just as the sun was setting softly!

Ashley is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and one of the most sweet & giving women I know. She has the prettiest complexion I’ve ever seen, and the best hair that I’m always jealous of. I’m SO EXCITED for her to finally be a mommy to a baby GIRL! They used Ashley’s maiden name “Lark” to create the most feminine girl name: “Larkyn” and I just love the sound of it and the meaning behind it.
