Ashley Gardner = Goldsboro Bridal Session!

We were SO looking forward to Ashley’s Bridal Session because she’s sooooo sweet and easy going about everything! We knew it would be a fun session with her! We were blessed with a warm 60º February day and it was full of sunshine!!

Ashley looked absolutely stunning with the prettiest updo by Jessica Horsley and glam by Caroline Cale from Merle Norman of Wilson. I especially loved her pink lip color – it was such a pretty pop of color!!! Ashley wore her grandma’s earrings as her “something borrowed”, and her grandma was so proud that Ashley chose to wear them!! Ashley had chosen a long veil to complete her bridal look, and I LOVED that extra long veil, it pulled together her whole look. As a girl who self-admittedly prefers wearing sweatpants, she looked beautiful as a bride!!!!

Ashley’s dad had actually researched The Cornealius Properties as a possible venue option when Ashley & Cody got married! So, it was the perfect place to photograph her Bridal Session so Ashley still got photos at her dad’s choice location! I thought it was the sweetest thing that not only her Dad did research for planning, but he also wanted to come to her Bridal Session!!! Since Ashley is doing a First Look with him, she told him he couldn’t come (haha) but her sweet mom & her aunt came along to help & experience this session together!!!

We had such a wonderful afternoon exploring around the venue & finding all the pretty spots. It had been raining all month basically, so we did our best to find dry areas and stay on hard ground! Ashley was so easy going about everything – and even insisted on carrying her OWN dress train around as we went place to place!
