Alexa & Jordan = MayLew Farm Engagement Session!

It has been SIX months since our initial meeting with Jordan & Alexa – so we were really pumped to see them and catch up! Plus after a weekend of rain and wind gusts across NC – we were SO happy to have a 60º day with SUNSHINE for their session! 🙂

Alexa was on her law school spring break, so she used the day to get glam by Hello Pretty – and Jordan took the day off work (he’s a firefighter at THREE departments!) for our session. Alexa had done a great job picking out their outfits, and I loved all the fun ruffles/bows and I was obsessed with her gold earrings! So cool!!!

We had a wonderful time walking around May Lew Farm (which is where they’ll get married in May 2023) and trying to find allllll the pretty light! Jordan kept us ALL laughing and the mood light with his funny antics  – and Alexa stole the show with her gorgeous eyes, amazing legs, and beautiful dresses! 🙂

I have so many favorites from their session – but some of my favorite photos are actually the VERY LAST set of photos we took that day! I had already wrapped up the session, and as we walked away, the light was streaming through the trees in such  a way making the coolest sunflare – so I asked them to stop for 1 more photo – and it was MAGICAL! Yes, those sunflares are ALL REAL!!!! Sooooo epic, can’t wait for ya’ll to see them!
