Mary Helen + Jeff = ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Engagement Session | Mary Helen & Jeff | May 3rd, 2017

Ever since we met with Mary Helen and Jeff months ago, we knew they had amazing taste and styles, and were SO EXCITED to photograph them! Let me go ahead and say I’M SO SORRY now for the overload of photos this blog post is going to feature. Our session went thirty minutes OVER just because we were having so much fun and the light was holding out for us.

Last minute, we rescheduled their session to a day early because of weather. I’m SO thankful we did – because the day was sunny, not too hot, and just a PERFECT night to have an Engagement Session.

We started off the session with their Boston Terrier, Mill. He’s adorable, and everyone calls him “Chill Mill” because he’s super easy going. After his photo op, Mary Helen’s maid of honor Kristin stayed with Mill for the REST of the evening, keeping him cool, giving him water, and letting him relax while his parents posed away. So, a HUGE thanks to Kristin for giving up so much of her night for us!!! Thank you, thank you!!!!

I cannot TELL YOU how much this session makes me happy!!! The way that Jeff makes Mary Helen laugh, and the way Mary Helen looks at Jeff is enough to make you melt into a puddle of sappiness. The WHOLE time, Mary Helen was absolutely RADIANT, and I truly hope we captured the true spirit of her JOY.

Lets talk about their outfits. For real – they both looked awesome – and I was particularly obsessing over Jeff’s shoes. I LOVE his style – and how he enjoys looking nice too. Mary Helen wore TWO dresses, which doesn’t surprise me because I just KNEW her outfits would be on point. She didn’t disappoint.

Seriously ya’ll…..THESE TWO ROCKED IT OUT. I was squealing and dancing around like a little child for most of this session. They made our jobs WAY too easy, and I could’ve photographed them for HOURS more without getting tired of it.

Jeff and Mary Helen, thank you for being such a happy, fun couple to be around. Your joy is INFECTIOUS, and we loved seeing your LOVE for each other. You’re going to have a beautiful marriage.
