Dover Farm Engagement Session | Erin + Blake | September 7th, 2017
When I say that Erin has been following/supporting us from the beginning, I mean that she’s supported us from DAY ONE. Erin and I met in college, taking a Black & White Photography class together at Barton College. She wasn’t even an art major, yet Erin loved photography and took the class!
From the moment we started our business, Erin has referred us to her friends and followed along as we grew and found our niche. When Blake proposed to Erin, she contacted us to finally photograph THEIR incredible love story.
We fully believe that there’s a “right time” for everything. Erin and Blake met and dated as 9th graders, and then parted ways when they went off to different colleges. After years, the timing was finally RIGHT, and they found their way back together as adults for the past 3+ years. We LOVE Blake and Erin’s story, of their lives woven back together!
On hands–down the most beautiful day of cool temps and SUNSHINE, we had their Engagement Session at Dover Farm! Erin looked gorgeous with her hair/makeup done, and the prettiest blush pink nails that didn’t take away from her MASSIVE ring. Blake looked handsome in his button-downs – and his leather belt even matched Nova’s collar! Talk about coordination!
Their session was one of the most FUN SESSIONS we’ve ever had. Erin and Blake let loose, and allowed their playful sides to be captured in the most beautiful ways! Blake did a great job of calming Erin’s nervousness, and Erin did AMAZING modeling as if she’d done it before!
Phillip was in HEAVEN playing with Nova when we didn’t need him in photos, and literally took a photo session of Nova on his phone, hahaha. We really appreciated their friend, Dover, allowing us to shoot on his property, helping with Nova when Phillip had to shoot, and being everyone’s chauffer too!
We enjoyed every MINUTE of our time with Blake and Erin. They are AWESOME people with kind hearts, easy to get along with, and so fun to photograph.

Wow!!! Y’all are sooo amazing and we both absolutely adore these photos!! We are so lucky to have you both as our photographers because you guys make it so easy to just be your natural, everyday, silly self! Everything happens for a reason and I believe that more than ever. I am so so glad I continued to keep up with you both!!! I remember the first time I saw tiffany’s black and white film photo looking up at her sister, Kristy, in some awesome heels looking just plain stunning! That’s when I knew that Tiffany had some amazing potential because not only could she produce some knockout work with film but she was also the most kind hearted person I had ever met, for example she was always willing to help out the basketball player Aaron who was also in our class. I can’t wait to get to know you both better as time goes on and hopefully become friends! If you can’t tell we are so so so so happy with the photos you took of us!!! Thank you so very much!!!!
