Rose Hill Plantation | Bridal Portrait Session | Mary Helen | October 23, 2017
Our LAST Bridal Portrait Session of 2017 couldn’t have been at a more BEAUTIFUL location, or with a more STUNNING bride!!!! We were blessed with incredible weather, and the overcast sky provided the most soft, romantic hues.
Mary Helen slowly came down the stairs with her mom, Beverly, holding the long train. I immediately squealed when I saw her – because she looked breathtaking!!! Her dress was a fit-and-flare style, with at least 6 different layers of fabric that fit her figure perfectly. Her earrings were SO FUN and an unexpected shape that was such a neat contract with all the lace. Mary Helen wore a simple diamond tennis bracelet, and her simple jewelry really allowed her dress to shine and be showcased.
The back of Mary Helen’s dress is unbelievable. It has little tiny buttons all the way down, and really romantic lace detailing, that almost makes the dress look backless! Her hair was in a really classy updo – and her bouquet was full of textured flowers and greenery.
We were in PHOTOGRAPHER HEAVEN, and Mary Helen modeled like a pro. She made our job SUPER easy, and was up for anything. Even when the wind started blowing fiercely, she just laughed it off, and embraced it.
Mary Helen’s dad, Brad, came to the session!!! It is SO SPECIAL to have a daddy want to join, and he helped us carry around the bouquet, he wore the veil like a scarf, and even helped us carry our gear. We LOVED getting to know both him and Mrs. Beverly. They are amazing people, and kept us laughing!!!
This session was a perfect way to end our 2017 Bridal Sessions! We warn you ahead of time this blog post is going to be OVERLOAD of portraits! So get ready for a whole lot of GORGEOUSNESS!!! We think the world of you – Mary Helen!!!
