Kayla & Ross = Wedding Day!

Wilson, NC  //  December 12, 2015

When we had our first consultation with Kayla about her December 12th wedding, I envisioned a FREEZING cold winter day, with hurried bridal photographs in the snow. Boy, was I wrong!!!! Kayla and Ross had the PERFECT 70-degree day (in mid-December!!!) for a wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

Kayla and Ross are some of the easiest people to get along with. They’ve offered us Carolina Hurricanes tickets, invited us to see their new home, and told Phillip he could visit their puppy Sadie whenever he pleases 🙂 Their wedding day was no exception. Ross had awesome groomsmen, and Phillip really loved shooting the bunch – check out their ode to the Carolina Panthers down below!! Kayla also had fun bridesmaids, and they attended to Kayla so sweetly all day.

Their colors were a festive red, so we incorporated pops of red whenever we could! It was a perfect contrast to Kayla’s dress and Ross’ white ensemble. I was proud of Kayla (who normally doesn’t wear a lot of makeup) to go for a red lipstick – and it totally paid off in the photographs!

Ross and Kayla left through a tunnel of sparklers AND bubbles! It looked awesome in photographs, and allowed even the youngest guests to participate. GREAT idea!!! Kayla and Ross…we hope you guys had a fantastic time relaxing in Disney, and we wish you (and Sadie) a happy life! Enjoy every minute 🙂
