Rose Hill Plantation | Nashville, NC | Janna Bridal Portraits
I LOVE a formal bride. When Janna stepped out of the dressing room, her dress was everything I’d hoped it would be and MORE! She’d created custom off-shoulder sleeves for her ballgown. The detail on the dress with the tulle and the lace was exquisite! Janna also chose an off-white gown, and it fit the vibe of Rose Hill’s glamour perfectly.
We had a HOT evening almost in the triple-digits! Janna was SUCH a good sport, sweated through the whole session with a smile on her face. I know that dress was heavy, so she was a champ! We had gorgeous sunlight, and the sun set softly as we photographed. It was beautiful.
Mama Joy was a big help for us! She kept the bouquet watered so it didn’t turn brown, helped me fix the train of Janna’s dress, wiped sweat beads, and even helped Phil filter light when we shot inside! It was a team effort!
Janna wore 4-inch heels, and did a great job making it seem easy. Her smile is infectious, and she laughed the whole session. I’d been looking forward to Janna’s bridal portrait session for quite a few months, and it was a blast! Now that she’s married, enjoy a short peek into our (hot!) time together!
