Wedding Day // 9/20/2015
Kent and Danielle could NOT have chosen a more beautiful chapel in which to get married. We arrived on site at the Butler Chapel and were just in awe of the gorgeous wooden beams, large windows, and stained glass focal points. On top of the natural beauty of the chapel, Danielle and Kent had gorgeous florals in really tall vases lining the aisle, and an altar display of several floating candles in various sized glass vases. Stunning.
Danielle was such a relaxed bride on the morning of her wedding. Even though it had rained earlier, and rain was still on the forecast with foreboding gray skies threatening to pour – she was so calm, and just excited to marry Kent. The girls ate Subway in the bridal suite, joked about the Maid of Honor getting phone numbers from the ROTC guys on campus, and chatted about the day. It wasn’t rushed or stressful – so refreshing! Danielle also had a really sweet moment with her Dad when he walked into her Bridal Suite for the first time to see her all dressed. He helped her wipe away a tear, and it was so tender!
Phillip had an absolute BLAST with Kent and his groomsmen. They fueled up on Bojangles, and then did some awesome Groomsmen Portraits. You’ll have to see the jumping shots – some of those guys really got air time! Phillip’s personality is really fun and silly – so whenever he has groomsmen up for crazy shots, it’s right down his alley!
Danielle and Kent had a great reception at Sandy Ridge. The first dances were so sweet (I started tearing up during Danielle’s with her Dad), the cake smash got feisty, and the dancing was so fun! Kent and his brother surprised the guests with some great moves to the “Whip / Nae Nae” song – and people were laughing so hard. They left running through a bubble exit to a sexy charcoal gray Corvette waiting out front.
Kent and Danielle – we loved being a part of your wedding day. Everything was so beautiful and we wish you both a very happy marriage! Enjoy this little peek into your day!
