Bridal Portraits | September 18, 2016
This girl ROCKED her shoot in the heat and summertime gnats – only to tell me AFTERWARDS that she’s never loved being in front of the camera. I was literally floored. Danielle was so natural during our Engagement Session last month, and so easy to pose and shoot during her Bridal Portraits as well – NO WAY could she not like her picture taken! She totally fooled me!
Danielle brought along her Mom and sister – and they were huge help with fixing the dress, carrying her bouquet, and helping her change between her bridal high heels and rainbows (shhh, don’t tell!) we always love having an entourage come along because it makes the process so fun!!
Her wedding dress was a gorgeous form-fitting silhouette, and had a beautiful sparkly belt tied at her waist. Danielle’s bridal shoes were bright purple to match her bouquet – and I loved that boldness! (I wore bright blue shoes as a bride!) She had a natural smile, but she was really, really good at the “non-smiling resting face” too! Not many people can pull it off, but Danielle looked stunning with that pose. (My Mom always tells me to smile, because I look “mean” with my resting face, haha!)
Danielle – you are awesome! We have really enjoyed our time getting to know you, Kent, and your family – and we LOVED shooting your beautiful wedding day! Can’t wait to share a sneak peek from that SOON! 🙂 Have a GREAT time on your honeymoon!
