Engagement Session | Courtney & Bradney | September 22, 2022
No couple wants to drive through torrential rain & winds on the way to their long-awaited Engagement Session after a full day of prepping outfits, getting hair/makeup/nails done, taking off work, and driving an hour from home. But… that’s exactly what happened to Courtney & Bradney as we headed to their session.
A bad storm popped up out of nowhere, and we texted them asking if they wanted to wait out the storms, or reschedule their session. Thankfully, Courtney and Bradney decided to embrace the day, and just wait out the weather. After waiting out the storm for just a few minutes, the dark clouds went away (the sunshine even popped out at moments!) the rain completely stopped, and the hot 96º day was instantly cooled off to 75º! It was such a happy ending to a very traumatic drive to the park, haha!!! 🙂 So thankful!!!
We had the best evening walking around the park with these two. They make each other smile and laugh so easily, and are just the cutest together! Bradney was so supportive and reassuring to Courtney during all of the weather issues – and just continued to make her feel calm and happy! I loved seeing that. 🙂
Courtney & Bradney envisioned a session that was a mixture of elegant and rustic – and I think we pulled that off! Bradney wore a few very special pieces – his Championship belt from bull riding, and a black cowboy hat that features a feather and a custom beaded piece of a church (that a talented friend MADE for him!)
I have so many favorites of these cuties, and can’t wait to share them with you below! I hope you love seeing lots of my faves of Bradney and Courtney. ENJOY!
