Courtney & Bobby = Engagement Session

Courtney & Bobby | Sunrise Engagement Session   |   August 6^th, 2016

Courtney was halfway through curling her hair (at the crack of dawn!) when Bobby ran into the hotel room saying they had to leave NOW! They’d been given bad directions and they were actually 45+ minutes away from our session location instead of the 15-minute drive they’d been told!! When Courtney texted me about their predicament, I totally expected her to be a complete ball of nerves and not able to relax and enjoy once she arrived. BUT I should’ve known that as a wedding planner, Courtney was cool and calm as could be, and made the MOST of the session!

Even though the sun was an hour harsher (and hotter!) than we’d planned for, Bobby and Courtney were AMAZING. They focused on each other, and rocked every pose we threw at them! Bobby teased saying the week before, his family photographer told Bobby what a natural he was in front of cameras….and Bobby didn’t let us down! He made Courtney laugh, and pulled out the model “serious” pose for all the romantic poses.

Honestly, this couple was ON FIRE. They embraced the crazy wind, and it made for some really gorgeous wind-swept sexy-sweet photos. We loved every single minute of shooting these two, and getting to know them. Their wedding next June in Jamaica will be awesome, and we wish we could sneak into their suitcases and join them!
