Carey + Adam = WEDDING DAY!

Oh my goodness … if we could shoot Carey & Adam’s wedding over and over again each Saturday, we would be in HEAVEN. They are two of the NICEST human beings on the planet, with SO MUCH love and laughter, one of the most fun bridal parties we’ve ever encountered, the prettiest details, the most classic southern venue, yummy food, and So. Much. Dancing!

The girls started the day getting glammed up with hair by Melody Raper (and team of Amy Raynor and Rebecca Bone) and Melissa Godley “Dollface by Melissa” (and team of Madison Bauknecht “Makeup by Maddz”) and they were ALL wearing super cute floral robes! One of my favorite bridesmaids photos I’ve ever taken was all 14 girls piled onto the 4-poster bed! Love it!

Rose Hill was a hustle and bustle of girls getting ready, snacking on brunch, and Carey getting into her beautiful wedding dress in Rose Hill’s new Bridal Suites! The groomsmen were all downstairs watching college football and getting ready in the Manor.

Even though it was late September, here in NC it was HOT with no breeze, but everyone was great sports to take photos outside without complaining!

Carey had a really sweet First Look with her dad (we now see where she gets her smile and easy laugh) and they both teared up. Sooooo precious!

The ceremony was SO stunning in the front of the Manor. Their florist, Your Perfect Day, did a great job adding some greenery around the double doors to add some softness to the front! I loved it!!!! As the ceremony started, violinists were playing, and as Carey walked to Adam, he teared up and his emotion was so beautiful.

The reception kicked off with a buffet AND food stations (HELLO Rose Hill Mac-n-chz, I LOVE YOU) and a whole table of desserts by Colleen Raper. After some HILARIOUS speeches by their bridal party, the party kicked off! Let me tell you… I say this every time but ECU grads KNOW HOW TO PARTY!!! I don’t think there was ever a time that at least 50 people were on the dance floor. They had so much fun, and danced so hard!!!!!

It was an absolutely BEAUITFUL day for Adam and Carey. We are soooooo happy for them, and it was such an honor to capture their wedding. We hope you’ll all enjoy seeing our favorite images below!
