Carey + Adam = ENGAGEMENT SESSION!

Raleigh NC Engagement Session  | Carey + Adam |  March 13th, 2018

I was so worried all day that the high winds and the chilly March day would cause our session to feel hurried, or not as fun because of the weather circumstances. BOY WAS I WRONG! Carey and Adam immediately were joyful and playful right from the very START of our session! By the end of the session, my heart was exploding with JOY from all the laughter and love we’d photographed. Truly, if every session we shoot has this much genuine love and playfulness on display – then we’ll be happy photographers!!!

We started the session with shooting Carey’s ring. I knew from our first meeting together that it was a gorgeous ring, but when it was in my hands and I could see all the details of the undersides – it was UNBELIEVEABLE. So much unique detail went into designing Carey’s ring… Adam did SUCH a beautiful job!!!!

The way that Adam makes Carey laugh is truly special. Then the way her laugh just lights up her entire face and eyes is beautiful. They make such an adorable couple, and the way they have FUN together is awesome. You’d think they were still in “puppy love” the way they giggle, but they’ve been dating 3 years!!

Phillip and I especially enjoyed talking about home renovations with them, since they just bought a home in our former neighborhood! We are so excited for them to start their lives in such a great neighborhood and a home with tons of character!
