Amanda Trogdon = Mims House Bridal Session!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been at the Mims House, so I was excited when Amanda picked it for her Bridal Session! Amanda is getting married at the coast, so it was perfect to choose something completely different for her Bridal Session location.

Amanda & James’ whole wedding planning process has EXTRA fun for me, because not only have I had the honor of photographing their Engagement Session (click HERE if you missed it!), but I also got to design & print their Save the Dates, AND their entire Wedding Invitation Suite! It’s been so fun – and Amanda’s Bridal Session was no different!

Amanda completely surprised me with her Bridal style. I am OBSESSED over that whimsical dress with those sleeves!! The fun textures & colors of her bright bouquet were really unique so different from the usual colors I get to photograph. Amanda kept her look minimal with wearing pearl drop earrings & her mom’s veil (her sister also wore it!) – which allowed her dress to truly shine! I loved it so so much.

We had the BEST night exploring around the Mims House, listening to Taylor Swift, and being creative together. Her mom, Brenda, came up with some beautiful ideas – and it was such a great night of bouncing ideas off each other!

Amanda was just RADIATING joy and was simply stunning. I was soooo blown away by her ease of posing – she did an amazing job!!!

At the end of our session, James came to pick her up – and had a cold diet coke & a chocolate bar for her!!! I thought it was the absolute sweetest thing ever!!! I loved that display of love for Amanda by his thoughtfulness!
