Carson & Jackson = Pavilion at Carriage Farm Wedding!

After 4 years together, and lots of long distance, these college sweethearts (Duke!) just got married!! It was so fun to finally celebrate Carson & Jackson after all of our correspondence was over Zoom since they’re both out of state! Carson was such a HAPPY bride all day, and it was so fun to see her enjoy herself the whole day. Jackson was absolutely precious to always help with her dress, dote on her, and just create so many sweet moments throughout the day! 🙂

We started off photographing details & the girls getting ready! Carson’s girls were such a great hype squad, stunning, and so much fun! (Thank you girls for being so amazing!!!) Jackson’s crew were so timely, helpful, and Phillip loved talking football with them! Turns out we BOTH have friends who play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers – which is a super cool connection! 

Carson’s mom, Alicia, was superwoman! I have to give her a shoutout for doing SO much of the design work & all the florals herself!! She was a busy bee all day, and pulled off a beautiful day! 

Jackson & Carson love their friends & family so much – and wanted to put a big emphasis on including them in photos! So they did several first looks: with each other, parents, bridesmaids, and even grandparents!! It was so sweet! 

Since they did a First Look, we were able to photograph ALL of their photos pre-ceremony – and it even allowed Jackson & Carson time to hangout together for an hour pre-ceremony, and 30 minutes after the ceremony! I loved that they prioritized time together on their wedding day – because it goes by so quickly!! 

We got sooooo many beautiful photos of them – since they also prioritized Bride & Groom portrait time & wanted lots of photos together! It was so great to have PLENTY of time to photograph, be creative, and use multiple locations since we had time!

The ceremony was SO Christ-centered and their officiant did an incredible job. He was Jackson’s bible study leader & knew them well. It was soooooo sweet seeing Jackson tear up as he saw Carson walk down the aisle – even though they’d had a First Look AND hangout so much together!!!! I loved his reaction!

The reception kicked off with delicious food from Donovan’s Dish, a whole dessert table, and lots of dancing! Carson changed into the cutest little mini dress for the reception & she was in her ELEMENT on the dance floor! Wow, I loved seeing her smile so much!!! It was such a happy day!
