The Farm at 95 | Wedding Day | Danielle & Sam | September 23, 2017
We had a warm, sunny day for Danielle & Sam’s wedding! After 1.5 years of planning WHILE finishing nursing school, it was FINALLY their big day. Sam and Danielle had chosen a rustic theme for their wedding, and The Farm at 95 fit their style perfectly with all the wood accents. Over the months, Danielle HERSELF handmade all the bouquets, centerpieces, and any other floral décor.
Thanks to their helpful bridal party, the final touches of decorating ceremony and reception area was completed while Danielle relaxed and get hair/makeup done. The girls had fun getting glamorous, while the guys played cornhole and ate Bojangles outside.
Danielle’s hair was even MORE gorgeous than it was on our Bridal Session day, and she looked so pretty as a bride. Her wedding dress has a unique blush pink undertone – and it looked so nice with her classic touches of pearls.
We loved how Sam and Danielle incorporated Dylan, Danielle’s son, as a “mini Best Man”. Dylan did such a great job of smiling ALL DAY, and keeping up his energy with all the photos he was a part of. It was so wonderful to see Sam lovingly help Dylan all day keeping his suspenders in the right spots, and even helping him get dressed! So special.
We photographed all the bridal party photos outside in the HEAT, and thankfully we snuck Sam + Danielle outside at the reception for a few minutes of sunset photos. SO WORTH IT to get that glowy, soft light!!!
One of our FAVORITE parts of the reception was when Summer, the Matron of Honor, surprised everyone with a RAP for her speech. Danielle had teased Summer, asking her to make the speech “epic” – and BOY did Summer pull it off!!!! She made the speech a moment to remember forever!
After running through a tunnel of sparklers, an old Chevy truck was waiting to whisk them away. It was a perfect way to finish the evening.
We hope you guys are LOVING St. Lucia, and that Sam’s FIRST time on a plane wasn’t too bad Enjoy this Sneak Peek of their wedding day!!!!
